Our EFT session begins with us determining the results that you would like to achieve, although it is likely that we already would have discussed this over the telephone at the time you made your appointment. Once we are comfortable and ready to get started with the EFT, we will slowly delve into the case that you want to address in a delicate manner that won’t involve you going head first into an uncomfortable and intense memory or emotion.
Almost every issue will most likely have many layers to it. These layers are a culmination of subconscious and conscious energetic disruptions caused by experiences and destructive thought patterns from our past. Usually we will use muscle testing to uncover every single aspect of the problem that we are attempting to release.
Sometimes we will release one layer at a time, going through the EFT tapping points whilst simultaneously creating for you a new perspective on the issue. This not only relinquishes you of your trapped emotions, but also readjusts the reality of the probelm so that it no longer causes distress. At other times, I will release a bulk of trapped emotions in one go, using a technique that involves me swiping my hand over your governing vessel meridian, which starts the top of you head and goes down to the base of your spine.
Once the session draws to a close, the difference in the way you feel should already be apparent, but we will review what we have gone over in the session to see if any remaining intensities or trapped emotions connected to this problem still exist. When possible, you will test the effectiveness of our work by mentally running through any situation that previously would have caused you some discomfort.
In the hours and days following the session, you will have the opportunity to see how successful it has been for you. On rare occasions, some new aspects of the problem that used to be, will seemingly show out of nowhere. In these instances you will simply call me or come into visit me again, at no extra charge of course, and we will take care of these remaining disruptions. |
